    "The O2 Open code can be used within 28 days of taking a new agreement from O2." it's a possibility to take it out now, it just depends on what other companies are on the list. I might pop into a store and ask. Also refresh rules could be different.

    The O2 Open deal is only available on O2 Refresh Airtime Plans.

    So you should be ok.

    Hmm I don't know how desperate I am to save £5pm! Thanks. I'm in a different city (parents vs where I'm currently living) now so should manage to avoid her!
