Parking eye CCJ

I have been reading your threads in a hope to get some help. I had a notice from parking eye after overstaying my time in a morrisons car park. I appealed to morrisons direct as I was shopping in their store etc. I received many threats from parking eye but kept in contact with them and morrisons about my argument. I received a threat about seeking a county court judgment so I contacted Morrisons and they said they would contact Parking Eye on my behalf. After no further letter I assumed it was all dealt with only to discover yesterday, quite by accident, that a CCJ has been issued against me! No court letters etc have been received by myself. Help, what can I do, I don't want a CCJ hanging over me for 6 years.:(
