Ive been following the https://www.wikivorce.co.uk website and their diy guide. The law states that if you've lived with a person for 6 months after discovering adultery, you can't use that as your reason for divorce.

I went down the unreasonable behaviour. Stated the adultery and date, that we had tried but I found him to be continuing the behaviour. After waiting 4wks plus, the judge has declined my petiton for the nisi as I should have gone for the adultery.

Speaking to the wikivorce advisor and being told I should have used their solicitor service, they say I now have to put in an amendment going down the adultery route - and pay £95 to the court.

I cant afford lots of solicitors fees, neither can I keep being asked for more fees. Anyone had to amend their petition?
