Laptop - Complete clean up?

Ok Ive had my laptop now for 2 years, and its running slow...real slow. To improve performance, I have tried:

• Defrag
• Add/remove programs
• AVG antivirus
• Spybot search and destroy
• AVG Spyware

Still running slow, ive cleared as many applications as possible away, though i know the hardrive is full of old programs etc that won't remove. I have spyware in the form of Yahabags, and probably a million other types of spywarre/trojans/ antivirus.

I want to completely clean the system.

HOWEVER, I got no disks(!) when purchasing my laptop, so reinstalling XP may be tricky without the disks, especially as i dont have any to the office packages as well, i fear I would lose them all.

How do i go about:

(a) Getting XP disks (I have the OS, do i have to buy it again?)
(b) Would i need to reinstall Office? Where could i get my disks?
(c) Is there any other way other than a full reboot to completely clean the system?

and run 1-Click Maintenance when it is installed a few times until the scans are clear

you can then go into the main Tune up program and compact the registry
