UKPC Parking Notice at Ormskirk Hospital

I wonder if you can help. I have read all the newbie threads etc but am not too sure how we go about appealing this notice.
My elderly mother has just returned from holiday to find two letters from UKPC saying that she parked over the line of a parking space (she was actually on the line) at Ormskirk Hospital. They have attached photographic evidence, which to say the least looks like it has been photo-shopped as it is all out of proportion. There was no notice on her car when she returned from her appointment so she was not aware that she had done anything wrong. I have read threads on here about UKPC/Ormskirk Hospital and one very interesting one from an ex-employee of theirs saying how they do this all the time and their staff get bonuses for the number of tickets etc.
Can you please advise, which parts of the template we should use to appeal this ticket.
Thanks

I have just spoken to my mum again and the 'parking offence' took place on 16th June. The first letter is dated the 16th July and she has had a 'final reminder' dated 31st July. As I said she has been on holiday and wasn't around when any of these letters arrived (she got back home on Saturday). Can she still appeal?

Yes, but she does need to get on with it. You can do it for her, but obviously submit it in her name AS REGISTERED KEEPER, not the driver.

All explained 'why' in the NEWBIES sticky.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I am intrigued by the possibility of a doctored photo. Can you post it up here but hide the car registrations if you like.

What do you want, a free lunch?

All the information which you require to deal with this extremely common occurrence is available here at the touch of a key, be proactive and hit that key, or pay £16 and let someone else do it for you.

Thank you for this quite unnecessary response. I do not want a free lunch, it was a civil question which required a civil answer. I have been proactive and read the newbies page, but there is a lot of info to digest and the whole point of this forum is to ask others for guidance/info.

Thank you for your response. Will get it done today. I understand the reason for the Registered Keeper not the driver so will make sure it is done that way.

No, the point of this forum is to advise posters how to avoid private packing "fines"

To this end, people have devoted their time to writing copious notes on how so to do. It would be rude not to read them before asking questions already answered in the sticky threads.

As I said previously though, there is no need to be rude when answering a question and also as I said, I have read the notes so I am not the one being rude. If you can't answer a question civilly then don't answer at all.
