N Power re-creditting

I read with interest on this thread people having problems having monies re-creditted from N Power.

I seem to have the opposite.....last week I had bills for both fuels deducted from the accrued credit balances in both accounts...no problem, both accounts were left with a credit balance.

Late last week and again today I see that both these credit balances have been returned to my current account, obviously leaving the N Power account balances at zero.

Has anyone else had this happen??? or is this maybe a blanket decision by N Power as it seems on MSE that a lot of people have a lot of money sitting with N Power.

I have spoken to a N Power call handler about this but she couldn't give a reason for it.
