Changing flight details?

I know this is a long shot but my parents have 2 tickets to Dubrovnik with Jet2 which they cannot use because of ill health ( no insurance!). I know it is possible to change flight names and times but is it possible to change the flight completely to a different destination.

Can I change my destination once I have made a booking?
We do not allow any change to your departure or destination airport once the booking has been made.
