parking eye..court?
Last june I received a fine from parking eye as I parked in their carpark. I was at bingo and should have logged ny car in but I forgot..as all the advice ladt year stated to ignore the fines I did but have now received a letter from a debt recovery place telling me if I dont pay 150 I will have to go to court...any advice please
