cowboys broke our roof!

Just had our facias, soffits and guttering replaced but its a bodge job they have done and in the process they damaged our conservatory roof. We have refused to pay, but want to know what our rights are and where do we stand?

If you feel you've been charged over the odds for a bad job contact your local Trading Standards to see if you have a case against them.
