Debt reccovery Plus ltd letter but never got any about parking charge notice

I have been sent a letter from Debt recovery plus ltd saying that I have an unpaid parking charge from Parking eye and they demand for payment of £150 for Contravention Insufficient time purchased. parking charge date is 04/2013 letter is dated 08/2014
Ok I have read the forum and it say you should appeal the first notice about the parking charge.
My problem is I never got the first letter and this is geniune. I did not got a letter and did not know I had gone over the time limit.
What should I did now?

Thanks yes I have read this. but not sure what to do. I have not got any of the parking charge notics to appeal against just this letter from the debt recovery plus ltd letter.

also read the post number #4 in that NEWBIES sticky thread about debt collectors , bearing in mind nothing can be done by them, and after 6 years nothing can be done by any "creditor" either

but with it being PE you should send the template letter to PE challenging the original PCN as RK with any info you do have

Got a letter today of Debt recovery Plus ltd. Saying, Reduced payment offer to avoid court proceedings. in the letter it also say I will be liable for court fee £25 and solicitor's costs £50.

I have sent a letter to Parking eye say I have never had any letters about this parking fee and ask for the chance to appel against it but have not heard any thing.

What should I do now?

ignore DRP, period !

you could chase up PE by email or put the appeal on their site again, bearing in mind they have 35 days to respond

Complain to the BPA and DVLA like all the others like you. Or write to or email PE ([EMAIL="enforcement@parkingeye.co.uk"]enforcement@parkingeye.co.uk[/EMAIL]) and name the driver (name and address of the person you think was driving who isn't the keeper) so they have to start again and send the driver a PCN.
