Car Parking Partnership Appeal Rejected

Hey all,
Recently I have received a parking ticket, upon advice from a friend I ignored this. But since I have received a Notice to Keeper. On reading some things on this site I appealed this with a simple appeal on there website and asking for a POPLA code if they wee to reject it.
My appeal was rejected and I have received a letter stating why and giving me the POPLA code necessary.
I was just wondering if anyone had any advice as to what to do next. Should I appeal to POPLA? And if this is the case, are there any points I should definitely put in my appeal?
Thanks for any help!

And that is the best advice at this stage. Come back when you have drafted your appeal based on what you read and we will conform or suggest changes before you send it off.Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking.
