You can , they are still available but must now have a fire retardent covering ...................these are not widely used because of the fumes they give off if they catch fire and the speed in which they do.
I haven't found any online yet though :-/
I personally would never use them again after I experience the damage etc from a kitchen fire I had while these were fitted......................avoid if you can :-/0 -
They must surely be the most disgustingly hideous creation ever made?
Don't say anyone still wants some in this day and age?0 -
they are avilable at B&Q i dont know why you would want them. BUt they defo do them there.0

reason im asking is cos i have em on kitchen ceiling-and had a pipe leak above there and a few of the tiles got dirty water stains on them-as there was other damage as well its an insurance claim job and i didn't know wether insurance would just say they would replace tiles or that they couldn't be used again and would have to take em all off and paint ceiling etc for me-as personally i would like em took off and ceiling re plastered and then painted if at all poss in claim0

I would imagine if they are old ones then the insurance company would take them down as they are a major fire hazard. But I am not sure on this. Why dont you ask your insurance company what they are going to do.
B&Q defo do them but I am not sure if it is only the big warehouse ones. I saw them in their today.0 -
Talk to your insurance ................as they are old they won't be fire regulation ones anyway so if they want to repair they won't find any to match.........and if they are going to renew the whole lot ,you should be able to persuade them to let you take the money instead and put towards removal and replastering .0
