Bernard matthew roast in slow cooker?

Found a boneless Turkey roast in bottom of freezer this am, now defrosting in the fridge.

Can I cook it in my Slow cooker? Do I leave the plastic on and how long?

I have a MR 3.5l cooker and will be out at work tomorrow so it will be on all day 8-9 hours-so low or medium?

    hi, i've cooked them in the slow cooker before, but remove the plastic first, and leave it on medium if u leaving it on all day
    enjoy life, we only get one chance at it:)

    If I cook 2 at once can I freeze one whole then use another day?
    2007 is my getting slim year
    Total weight loss so far is 16llbs:T
