hi, is there any way to convert my hifi speakers, so that i can plug them into a headphones jack?

Depends on the connectors on the speakers, also it depends what you are going to plug them into, if the speakers have particular power requirements that need an amp, it's unlikely to be served by a headphone socket."She is quite the oddball. What you can do is get a minijack to phono cable and hook this up to the aux in of your stereo which should work.
I did this to hook the output from my pc's sound card into my Hifi.0 -
It is unlikley to work. there is very little power comming out of a sound card jack plug definatly not enough to drive a set of hifi speakers. you will need to connect the sound card output to an amplifier or hifi then the speakers to the amp/hifi to hear anything.0
