Reading Forbury Retail Park

Hi all
Thanks in advance for any advice that you can offer.
I was issued a PCN at Forbury Retail Park in Reading for supposedly leaving the site, which I did not do. Unfortunately, rather than check the advice here, I wrote immediately to UKCPS asking them to clarify the boundaries of the site and where I went that constituted leaving. The letter confirmed I was the driver.
I have received a response rejecting my appeal but not answering my questions. They have given me a further 7 days to provide additional evidence to support my appeal.
What is my best course of action at this point? Can I use the template letter at this stage / is there anything specific that needs to be amended?
Thanks again.

I would simply write back and say you have nothing further to add to your appeal and they should either cancel charge or reject appeal and then issue you with a popla code. Then when you get that come back here and plan a proper popla appeal using the templates in the Newbies thread post 3 to guide you on the legal points to win an argument.Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Click on words Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Newbie thread is the first post. Blue New Thread button is just above it to left.0

He hasn't been on the forum in more than 3 weeks so probably won't spot your question. Maybe send a PM to him? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

When I last visited this car park a few weeks ago the sign at the main entrance was turned round and could nor be read when entering.
