Direct Line Insurance / MSE promotion

Hi All,
This is my first post here.
I purchased my car insurance with Direct Line on 6th Feb 2014 as part of a joint promotion with MSE and was told I would receive, via email, a £60 M&S voucher within 120 days of the policy start date.
Sadly, still no sign of the voucher.
Who can help?
