Virgin Media Return of Equipment

  • Presumably your rant isn't with Virgin but with the delivery company who put the box into the recycling bin, and lost the other three boxes.

As far as I am aware, Richard Branson hasn't got into the parcel delivery business - yet!

    They do send boxes.
    large ones in blue plastic.
I guess it depends what is being returned

    That is just blatant discrimination.
I want a blue box, too.

I have returned one cable TV STB (not Tivo), one SuperHub.

Nobody asked me whether I need a box or not.

No dramas i just put the stuff in the box and returned...simples
  • Slightly off the original subject but I was seriously peeved when we cancelled Virgin to move house and incurred a fee for missing a 28-day (I think) notice period by one day. It then took approx 5min, two weeks before we moved, for someone to collect the equipment. Pointless charge as it left a bad taste in the mouth and, having been with Virgin at two properties previously, has put me off going back to them.
