Presumably your rant isn't with Virgin but with the delivery company who put the box into the recycling bin, and lost the other three boxes.

Slightly off the original subject but I was seriously peeved when we cancelled Virgin to move house and incurred a fee for missing a 28-day (I think) notice period by one day. It then took approx 5min, two weeks before we moved, for someone to collect the equipment. Pointless charge as it left a bad taste in the mouth and, having been with Virgin at two properties previously, has put me off going back to them.0
