hi there.
I am trying to book an 'experience day' for a friends birthday.can enyone recommend a good site to check out as i'll be gutted if I book something only to find I could have got it cheaper else where.thankyou.

You may want to narrow that down a bit.. What do you want to experience and whats the budget?

Palmersport trackdays are great. Unlike the budget trackdays you actually get to drive a supercar thats not been tamed and throttled down.

But £1000 per person for a days fun maybe over budget?

On the other hand rockclimbing may not be ideal if your all 50+ grannies.
Although there are some that can take disabled people.

I was given a Virgin balloon flight as a special birthday present. They are currently just over £100 per person and most people on it were couples - I was lucky enough to have been given two tickets, so OH went as well. Wouldn't be the same alone on that particular experience. Due to multiple cancellations because of unfavourable weather conditions, it took about a year to use it, and that seems to be normal. However, when we did finally get it, it was fantastic.
I'm sure you'd be paying a little extra for the name, but we couldn't fault the service.
Just google virgin balloons if it could be of interest.
