I think they are blocked, have tried to do it 'automatically' but its not doing any good. Is there a way I can do it myself? Its an Espon R240.

Use windolene (or any glass cleaner with ammonia in it) and cotton wool buds.
If you google it you will find a lot of advice on how to do it but I find that removing the cartridges and dabbing around the heads with windolene soaked buds works OK.It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends

sspary, how many automatic cleans did you try. This happened to me and it took me up to 10 auto cleans but it did cure it.
