I thought it might be fun if anyone had any pictures to post of their animals having a sulk. (Yes, I know it's anthropomorphic, but it makes me chuckle.)

So my starter for ten is Gitdog, who when I wouldn't let him through the door till he was sitting properly then went off on one and refused to come in at all.

All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

    I agree it's a great thread.

Elsien - I've read a number of posts from you about Gitdog's exploits but never knew what breed he was.

Lovely to see the photo. I can imagine him being a handful. ;)

No pictures but today I left the dog at home with a frozen kong while I went out. I was gone for about an hour which is less than normal for CD. On the way to my destination, I said hello to a very cute staffie who leaned against my legs while I petted him. When I got home, CD was pleased to see me until he caught the scent of the other dog. Cue massive sulk, refusing to come near me, ignoring me when I spoke to him, trying to climb on the chair with DH and refusing his usual couch spot beside me. He kept this up until dinner time when I asked "Do you want chicken?". At this point he sat in front of me looking at me, then looking away like he was deciding whether to pay attention to me in order to get his chicken wings, or keep ignoring me and risk no chicken. Eventually he settled for the chicken and now he's lying at my feet, still showing some displeasure. :rotfl::rotfl:
