Looking to buy a barratt home

Hi
I am looking to buy a barratt home that that are just starting to get built in my area. It all depends on if I like the style of the house when the show home is built.
I am saving very hard and will have about 20000 by time the house is up for sale which she said will be Jan 2016 and complete on Jun 2016. Any advice of help to buy scheme and negotiation would help the house price will be around 130000-150000 she said in the sales office. Can you reserve plots as I have found one I really like ?? Any reviews of barratt will help.
