It's a good draft to have found as your basic draft though as it's so similar to your case! I like Dee's version and would just suggest you remove this bit:

'' The photographs on the parking charge notice clearly show the car stopped on a road and not in a car park.''

...because photos do NOT show whether a vehicle was 'stopped' and indeed you don't want to admit whether it was stopped (which could be considered the same as 'parked')!

And change this bit:

''It possible for drivers to enter the car park without seeing the signs''

because you have said it's not a car park so that sentence should be:

''It possible for drivers to enter this road without seeing the signs''

but lord, why im so stupie...i was testing my vertification code on the day i recevied which was 08/08/14, i cant remember wheather its working or not , cos i didnt look at it in detail, i actully thought it works.


but i just tryed enter code on POPLA appeal while ago. found out it is out of date like long long long times ago.


what can i do now!!!!!

Yes why would you not?

Surely the POPLA code is correct though, did you transpose the figures?

And before you ask, you tick 3 out of 4 boxes on the POPLA appeal page (not the stolen car).

i thought i would have receive full detail explained decision, but i only receive 2 email, 1 from POPLA and 1 from PPC, both letter just simply inform that my ticket got cancelled, there no details on how POPLA make decisions.
