Giving Neighbour gift for babysitting

If she has said she doesn't want payment I would be careful about going over the top. It might make her embarrassed and less willing to help in the future. The card sounds like a good idea to me, even more so if it come from the children.
The offer to return the favour in some way would probably be more appreciated.
Our neighbours look after our house when we're away and we do the same for them. No need for gifts in that situation.0 -
Yes take the kids round tomorrow to give her the vouchers themselves. What a kind lady! and fair play to you, you have appreciated this. I would think she would be happy with the cake and chocolates - but a visit to a much loved place would be just fantastic! (and she may volunteer her services again!)0

How old are the kids? Maybe they could draw her a picture or make her a thank you card.We may not have it all together, but together we have it all
