    Ahh well reminded about the Window Cleaner. I don't know who he is. My neighbour hired him and I just put money in his bank when he cleans them.

    Also a thing to check is "bin rules" especially if you move to a different council area. I know people in 4 different authorities and every collection is different either through frequency (some council collect black bins fortnightly some weekly for instance) or in what goes in what bin.
