Car Hire. Who is my contract with?
My partner and I have booked a hire car for our holiday next month. It is booked through Arguscarhire.com which I guess is a broker. We've seen from the email that the car is actually from Greenmotion which seems to come out near the bottom on review sites.
What I'm wondering is, if we have a problem, which company should we deal with? We've had a previous bad experience so we're very wary of things like this now. I imagine being passed around from one company to the next, all denying it's their responsibility.

You need to read the ts and cs of both companies to see which company is responsible for which part of your transaction.0
