Any employee worth their mettle, in any company, will know how to handle matters that they cannot resolve themselves. The Lloyds chap would have been quite happy to put some money into my account in return for dropping my complaint but I am not after money, I am after a sensible resolution of this issue. So as he didn't escalate it, I will, and a lot higher up than he could have done.0

Noticed the LLoyds rep has been on this board today. Made a couple of posts in other threads and was as helpful as ever. Completely ignored this thread though , which kind of suggests he/she doesn't know whats going on. Probably above their pay grade .0

Seems as if opinions inside Lloyds are fiercely divided on the issue, and no corporate guidance (aka partyline) has as yet been communicated.
I am still waiting for my final response from that abrasive Lloyds complaints chappy. Letter to Mr. Horta-Osorio is all ready to go, and it will go regardless of whether Mr. Abrasive's letter has arrived or not by the end of this week.0 -
