produt returns

I bough 2 dresses online and neither fit. I returned them and they recieved them on the 10th july it stated to allow 14 working days for a refund. I emailed them after the 14 working days and they told me I will be issued a refund shortly iv since emailed them and keep getting told the same thing. Any help on what to do would be appreciated

    How did you pay for the dresses? If it was by card then contact your card provider for a chargeback.

    Incidentally, I believe they must issue a refund in 14 days, not 14 working days.

    Providing they were returned in line with ccrs of course.

    I paid through paypal they marked them as recieved a couple of days after sending. Now seem to be avoiding telling me anything other then I will be refunded shortly or soon.

    If you have proof of delivery, you can open a dispute with Paypal.
