Defaulted twice for same debt

Wondering if you can assist.

I was was defaulted by MBNA for not keeping up payments after bum solicitor advice, LONG story.
So MBNA started court proceedings. The case has gone nowhere in 3 years. Not heard a thing from anyone. I got a letter around 2 years ago from a debt collection agency which went to the solicitor, again not heard from that company again since.

Anyway details as follows from credit expert

MBNA
Default Balance: £4,244Default Date:31/05/2011
Debt Assigned to CAIS Member 01/12/2012

Same debtArrow Global Limited
Default Date:31/05/2011
Default Balance: £4,244
Current Balance: £4,997
Updated: 24/02/2013

It comes up as 2 separate defaults.

Is it classed as 2 separate? Will this default and debt be removed 6 years after the original default date of 31/05/2011 or the Debt Assigned to CAIS Member date of 01/12/2012?

Any info would be great. thank you
