ESA PIP and STUDY

A relative has PIP and ESA. What would be the regulations for them to study - thinking Open University Access course if it still exists.

    I believe there will be no problem as your relative is on PIP. Without this s/he would only be able to study part time and still retain the ESA.

    I believe OU courses are always classed as part time anyway even if you're studying full time- that's what I was told by Student Finance England (although how true that is I have no idea)

    The OU only offers part time courses so it can never count as full time study.
