Confused-Any advice appreciated :)

Hi,

I am in the process of taking Lloyds to court, I have just received a letter from their solicitors stating that they will be defending the case on two grounds, however there has been no change on the claims website to indicate that they have entered a defence. Any idea what I should do or how I proceed from here. Also a big thanks to everyone who helps on this site, its a massive help to all :)

  • Have you received a letter from the courts, they are who count IMHO

  • Actually, today I received a letter from their solicitors offering me a full settlement for the entire amount plus court fees and interest. Result! Thanks for your reply anyways :)
