TSB Cash account received new card

Hi,
I opened a TSB cash account about 3 months ago and have been using my Visa Debit card with no problems.
Today, out of the blue, I received another Visa Debit card, only difference being the actual card number.
No note with it to explain why, just a note saying use this replacement immediately.
Anyone else had this / know why ?
Regards,
Lee

The Lloyds letters does state this - I assume the TSB letter is very similar. Did you read it?0

I called them and asked and it's because you can now use any cash machine. The OP did read the letter and i can confirm it doesn't state anything about why we've received the new card. TSB did apologise to me for the letter not having an explanation and did mention i was one of a very long line of customers who had queried this.0
