Nationwide Credit file problem

Hi, hope somebody on here can help my situation.
In 2010 I got into a bit of financial trouble, so (with a bit of salesmanship on their part) I went with a debt management company to put my four debts under their control. I thought that going with them would be better in the creditors eyes than defaulting etc - big mistake!
Anyway I noticed on my credit report, those four accounts were just showing defaults, and saying more than 6 months behind even though I never missed a payment on my debt plan.
A few months ago (Feb 2014) I ended my debt plan and made arrangements with all the creditors to pay them direct, so they get 100% of the money I am paying without the debt company taking a cut. Two of the companies (Barclaycard, & Northern Rock (Marlin)) have since changed all my default notices to "AP-Arrangement To Pay" and changed the colour on Equifax to grey from red. One is paid off now as it was small.
However, Nationwide haven't, and refuse to do so. It is still showing as defaulted from 2010 and still more than 6 months behind What's probably worse though, is they say is the status box:
GONE AWAY - Customer has left the address provided without supplying a new address.
Now I have moved house but I never left the address without providing my new address, I am in regular email contact with Debra Tormey, Senior Debt negotiator at KPR / Nationwide but she is refusing to do anything about it. All she said was this:
"Unfortunately due to the arrears status on your account, we are unable to amend your credit file.
Your credit file reflects the outstanding balance and will reflect the balance as it reduces."
Is there anything I can do? I've emailed here again to say the information is factually incorrect, and it the others can change it to accurately reflect the agreements in place then surely Nationwide can too? And the Gone Away is simply not true and should be removed.
Thanks for any advice
John

By entering a DMP you are by definition defaulting on the original terms of the plan and it is usual for your credit file to show defaults in this situation.
It is very unusual for creditors to agree to change a default to an AP marker after so long.
Actually most people would rather not have the defaults changed to AP markers, as the defaults would have dropped off 6year after the original default date, whereas the AP markers will show until 6years after the date the debt is settled.
The Gone Away/ no address marker is of course totally unfair and unreasonable and I would write to them to complain and say that if it is not removed you will complain to the ICO.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Hi, thank you for your reply, I've just re-read what I wrote and checked my file again, it doesn't say "default", but does say more than 6 months behind, in arrears. Would it be preferable for me to fight to get that changed to Arrangement To Pay?
They're still reporting I have £7,700 to pay. I've agreed a £100 per month pay with the but once the other two smaller ones are paid I'll put all that money to pay this one off.
thanks

If that's factually correct. Then it should stand.0 -

True, but it's only the case because they have agreed to accept lower payments over a longer period of time as a result of me being made redundant, hence "arrangement to pay" that I am asking for, and the others have done.0
