Please Help - Stuck After Resetting Wireless

Hi, I had problems with my internet where it would let me go onto google but nothing else. So after a few days i decided to reset my wireless for some strange reason. My ppp light is no longer on my box and i have tried to set the box back up. I read the instructions and it said to put the ip address in the web page to get onto the setup page. I have tried this several times but it just says cant connect. Any help please. I have Windows Vista. Thanks, Gemma

Have you connected to your router by ethernet (cable) in order to look at the router settings (ie putting the IP address you mentioned into browser)?

Yep, best to make sure the router's working properly and wireless settings are correct before trying to connect wirelessly. You can at least eliminate possible causes depending whether you can connect to t'internet or not through the cable.
