Moneyclaim for 2 accounts, one a joint?

Hi All

Just about to fire off my MoneyClaim and need some advice...

I am claiming for 2 accounts with Halifax, one a current account in my name only and the other an ultimate reward current account in both my name and my wifes.

Can i combine these claims? I am hoping to avoid paying the £120 court fees twice as i have very very little money.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Many Thanks

Richie

  • I am not so concerned with the joint account element as i am happily married, more with the one MoneyClaim claim for one fee!

It's fine to include all accounts with one bank on the same claim. i've just been through the process with Barclays with a joint account and a personal account.

    good luck
