    Everyone else takes the time and effort to punctuate what they type, it doesn't take that much extra time to make what your writing legible.

    Negotiator, you are asking for advice on a public forum and this advice is being freely given. Criticising people's written English in these circumstances is very poor etiquette.
    If someone is nice to you but rude to the waiter, they are not a nice person.
