Hi im new to all this so just wondering if any one can help me out. I recieved a letter from LLoyds TSB telling me I could have been mis-sold PPI and they sent me a questionaire to fill in, unfortunately they are asking for policy numbers and dates when I took out these Loans and credit cards, I dont have this information anymore as I shredded a lot of paperwork when moving home and Im just wondering if anyone knows how I might be able to find out the information needed, I read the information on this site and there is a phone number for LLoyds TSB but it was dated 2012 so, Is this number still valid and If I call will they tell me the information I need ie policy numbers and dates. Any help will be much appreciated thanks.

For any information you do not know or cannot remember, it's perfectly admissible to admit this on the forms. They wrote to you, so they already know the account numbers concerned.0

Hi gally07,
As has been pointed out already elsewhere on this thread, if you're unsure of any information you can still submit your claim without it, so please just complete the form with as much detail as you can.
If you need any other assistance when completing the form, you can speak directly with our PPI team on 0845 601 2683.
Thanks,
