Industrial Injury Benefit

If you receive IIB from a previous injury and had an industrial accident several years later can you claim for that injury also?

    does that mean you get 2 lots then. My uncle has broke his hip at work but already get IIb for an accident years ago so he thought you couldnt claim again as you could only get one payment per month.

    He needs to be careful. He is claiming a loss of faculty and a new claim may see the whole award reviewed.
