Extension/open plan living advice

We are in the process of buying a house and are planning to build an extension (almost) all the way across the back of it. I’d then like to knock out the wall between what will be the extension, and the current kitchen to make an L shaped open plan kitchen-dining-living room. I'm sorry but for the first time I can see your plan.

You wanted frank views rather than smoke being blown up your oasis?

It looks higgledy piggledy in places, bathroom (busiest room in the house) shunned in favour of living space.

I think you will create 1 smelly kitchen/diner/lounge that is difficult to heat with that layout.

If that offends then ignore me, it's a view, mine, and can be ignored.;)

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
