Replacing shower cubicle with bath

Does anyone have an idea about how difficult it would be to replace a shower cubicle with a bath? And roughly how much this would cost?

I've put a link to the shower cubicle (I hope) in case it helps but we have some kind of plastic panelling inside the cubicle and all alongside the wall the bath would have to go against. Not sure if that would add to the cost.

The cubicle is 100cm x 100cm and I think we would probably have to look at a 150cm bath otherwise we would have to move the sink.

Would appreciate any help!

Go get a bathroom fitter/plumber to come round and look at it, otherwise you need to post up a plan of the room with existing drains/outside walls etc inc.

You simply can't price a job over the internet, sorry
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Think we paid £800 to have a double shower removed, replaced by a bath, but this also included the relaying of the floor, and tile removal and replacement tiling, plus shower screen, and a few other small fixes.

Took about 4 days which was a similar time to our last complete bathroom refit but was done really well.

Think previous poster is right in that it could be anything from £100 to £1000 depending on how things are.

Is plumbing in the right place, what about drainage?
When shower comes out will their be holes in the walls (or mermaid board) does it need replacing.

Thanks ukjoel that's a great help. Tbh it's all a bit technical for me and I have no idea about drainage but we're hoping to keep the shower to go over the bath if that's possible. But it's nice to have a rough idea of prices as I was hoping it wouldn't be more than 1k but was worried it was more likely to be about 4k!

Drains should not be an issue as the shower must have a drain, so the bath should be able to drain into that.

Water: Does the shower have existing cold and hot water supply? Probobly not, so you may need to bring a hot water pipe in from...... whereever the hot tank is. This will add cost.

    Walls. Will they need tiling?
Floor. Will you need a new floor?

    all affects price.
