in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
Going to court on Friday 20th July, how late would the bank leave it to withdraw? perhaps they wont and they take it all the way.
Please help

    Sometimes the last minute, sometimes they just don't turn up in court. Are you fully prepared in case you need to appear?

    Fully prepared as far as copies of correspondence, list of charges, copies of bank statements are concerned
