[FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]Thanks for all the Good LucksThe osteopath does have magic hands
She was amazing. I thought I was going to end up in a heap on the floor at one point, lol. She warned I might feel sore and tired today, and I do. I've got another appointment next friday. Wish you could see me – I can take great big strides like this and stretch my leg right out like this:rotfl:

[FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]I had no idea a gecko could be so entertainingMaster tru put him on his bed yesterday, we were all kneeling on the floor around the bed, watching him. He wandered about, came near each of us and stopped, leapt about a bit then wandered off again. When he got to master tru, he jumped onto his arm, climbed up and sat on his shoulder
I'm not too impressed with finding my tweezers next to the tank – apparently they're perfect for picking up crickets

I'm not doing much today, I was told to take it easy. Love that advice

Morning all
Taking the kids to adventure island again today and meeting my sister and her children there. She isn't taking a picnic for her children. So won't be for my kids either...
Not a lot OS going on here today.
Last night, youngest was awful again. I think I need another referral to him. I don't think it's just his autism.
Hope,you're ok TTFTM x
Love, hugs and spoons xxx0 -
Morning everyone,
Remember me? I have not posted for a while due to really busy end of term at school and then being away on a lovely holiday to Majorca.
I am back now and need to dig myself out from under the huge pile of washing and tighten my belt to start saving for next year's holiday!
Lily, Hilstep, Judi lots of hugs for you.
JackieO Enjoy your holiday.
Tru Glad the osteopath had magic fingers.
Snoozer Happy anniversary.
MrsMH Hope that you find the help you need for your youngest.
Right I am off to peg out another load of washing.
Have a lovely day everyone.:)0 -
Morning all,
I didn't sleep well last night. My mind was turning cartwheels but I slept in this morning.
I'm fine, one thing about me is that I bounce back.
So stressed was I yesterday that I forgot yesterday was change/launder the bedding day. I'm on it today though. I'm washing the duvets too, just to take advantage of the beautiful weather.
Not much planned for my day, a welcome break from the last couple of days.
Onwards and forwards,
have a great day all. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Morning all
Hugs for Lilyplonk, Judi and all who need them x
DS1 was safely delivered to the station with full camping gear, I hope he enjoys his festival. I checked what time he would be back on Monday so I can have the soap and hot water ready :rotfl:
Bit overcast here but I'm going to keep the WM running anyway. I tackled the dreaded kitchen drawers today  There were manuals, warranties, batteries, scissors, tools, chargers, shoelaces, lighters, old receipts, notebooks, torches....OMG it was endless! All binned or put in correct places now :T
I bought some organic plums going cheap the other day and they are awful tasteless things. I offered one up to the guinea pigs and I don't think they were too impressed eithernvm I will find a recipe for them online.
I'm going to try and have a good tidy up all over the house and then stick on a Miss Marple DVD and do my knitting. There's cold chicken from yesterday left so that and salad for dinner.
Have a wonderful day all, hugs for those in need and I hope all furry family members are on the mend x0 -
Afternoon all,
Did you miss me?! :rotfl: Bet you didn't even notice I'd gone
So we got back about 2.30 this morning and were rudely awakened by the phone at 9am. I'd told DH this would happen (it was his dad) as he always does it! He needs to be the first one with all the news, sod the fact you may be asleep!
Anyway had a fabulous week, not doing much except chilling in the pool and catching up with my Aunt and Uncle. We are hoping to go back in half term or maybe Xmas.
Moorhen - Glad you had a fab holiday. I LOVE Mallorca. Which bit did you go to?
Trudi and TTFTM - Hope all is ok. Will try to read old threads later and catch up on the news.
Off to peg out some more washing now...0 -
Hi Busiscoming,
We went to Puerto Pollensa in the north, it was lovely, have never been there before but would definitely go back despite DD1 being stung by a jellyfish!!0 -
Good to have you back busiscoming.
I had an eventful afternoon. Firstly tried to knock some sense into my eldest son and his girlfriends heads. The girlfriend has been getting abusive messages via my sons phone and Whatsapp from the ex. The girlfriend says unless he puts his foot down and defends her, she is off.
My son says, he's scared to do too much because the ex is good at using the kids as a weapon. He's already being used as a babysitter as it is.
Then I cleared off to our nearest shopping centre. I need a few bits and pieces and I'd got some vouchers burning a hole in my handbag.
Tea is being cooked, hunters chicken, chips and frozen veg. Nothing anything spectacular (I don't do spectacular).
Quiet night in front of the telly or pc planned for me tonight.
Have a good evening all. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Evening all,
Just a flying visit - stressed to the eyeballs about wedding, but goes with the job I suppose. To be honest i,m looking forward to the day after the wedding and just being Mrs ******
Love n hugs to those who need it.
JUDI - thinking of you, your SO strong its very impressive - tell DS to get some legal advice, a young friend of ours is having similar issues, and went to see a family law chap who has really helped him and his new wife and stopped his vicious ex using his son as a weapon.
JACKIE O - I,ll pop out and make sure the Island looks its best for your arrival
Sorry for those i,ve missed but my brain cannot retain information for more than a nano second at the mo....Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!
£300/£1300 -
islandmaid Thank you I do hope you wedding goes without a hitch(well apart from the obvious one
:):))
We are at Freshwater this year for a change, although I daresay I will still have a wander back to Northwood to see my late ma-in-laws old house.
We will also have a meal at Legends in Sandown as it was smashing last year, and the boys loved it.
Dentist was fine and after a clean and polish that's it until next August:):)
Eldest DD phoned just before lunch after I had got back from dropping the boys off at their sisters and said did I fancy a trip to Bluewater, and she was treating me to lunch, so choice was Bluewater for lunch with my eldest, or an afternoon 's housework.no contest really Mmmm difficult choice:)
:) ...
We ate in Giraffes at Bluewater and it was really very tasty,No dinner for me tonight as I am still stuffed from lunchtime
Right off to put my trotters up and relax after our shopping spree ( I did treat myself to two nice skirts in M& S for my holidays, came from my Happy Cash Stash:):)
Cheers chums have a good evening
