you do realise you can submit it online on their website, and attach the appeal and any evidence ? free of charge with an email acknowledgement from london councils

easier then putting all the popla details etc (like ver number) on each and every sheet and going to the PO and sending with free certificate of posting

    or do both

I also assume they didnt send the rejection recorded delivery, so they deemed it delivered 2 days later when they sent you this rejection letter , lol

anyway, good luck, although you should not need it as due to the fact its PE it will be another PSDSU in about 6 weeks time

at which time you will be very pleased to have cost them £30 and not paid a penny

Yeah I realised when I went onto their website to find their postal address, so I've just submitted it online and accepted that all of my precious formatting and layout was for nothing :D

6 weeks is a long time to wait but I suppose I'll just have to try to forget about it.

I just copied-and-pasted it into the text box. :( As far as I can remember it was only after I'd submitted it that I was given the option to submit attachments, although I may well have just missed it beforehand in my eagerness to get it submitted.

Hopefully they won't immediately reach for the "Reject" stamp when they see it's just a huge block of text...

thats what I thought you had done (rookie mistake)

the main page is for saying the basic details and maybe a precis including pcn number , popla number etc, then say , "see attached document for full appeal"

doesnt matter, just go back in and attach your word doc anyway (or pdf doc) as it will still be considered and its better in twice than half of it missing due to word and character count limits

Make sure you have your POPLA reference number showing on the attachment (top of each page).
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

shagger - I also sent hard copy letters, too, to avoid any possible virtual editing. You can do that too. Staple that CoP to a hard copy and don't expect any decision to be dated before the last gasp....or you may be lucky. It's rare though.

Thanks folks. I'll get on it tonight. Hopefully they won't have had time to even look at it yet.
