For those who were granted a Debt Relief Order between 2009 and 2013...
The Government are currently evaluating the Debt Relief Order system, and would like to hear your views.
They would like you to take part in a short survey about your experiences of the Debt Relief Order process, to help to identify ways they might improve the system in future.
All responses will be anonymous and the survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
