EDF unable to submit my monthly readings online...

You can use the smart phone app, if that doesn't accept reads you can use your phone to take a photo or the reading (via the app) and it will be sent to the call centre for one of their agents to manually enter into the system.0

Only problem is the whole online system seems to be down, app wont log in eitherPlease forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0

I have just logged in OK. I got an email saying I had an important message. It was to tell me that I had cancelled my direct debit ... well, yeeess, because I left EDF for Extra Energy & Zog at the end of April, EDF sent me a final account, and it seemed sensible to cancel the DD now.A chicken crossing the road is poultry in motion0
