Alternative fund

I'm looking for a similar fund to the Vanguard Strategic Equity Fund (US), as Charles Stanley Direct does not seem to have this in it's platform. I've got my mutuals sorted but I'm considering this instead of small caps mutual US, and to represent my US holding of my portfolio possibly in (low cost) tracker type fund. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
