Please can someone help me...
I had an Egg Credit Card back in 2003 and I am trying to enquire as to whether I had PPi on this card but am finding it hard to contact someone.
My Egg Credit Card was not transferred to Barcleys as I closed my account before this happened.
A phone number which I had the person was unhelpfull and gave me a phone number which did not work!!

If your Egg Card or Egg Money account was closed before October 2011 or not transferred to Barclaycard, please print a PPI consumer questionnaire from the Financial Ombudsman Service website. Filling in the FOS PPI questionnaire helps us process your complaint as efficiently as possible.
Once you have completed the questionnaire, please send it to:
Canada Square Operations
PO Box 4903
Worthing
BN99 3AR
Once Canada Square Operations has received your completed questionnaire they will process your complaint and write to you to let you know their decision. Please note that due to high volumes of complaints received, it may take up to eight weeks to process your complaint.Do Something Amazing- Give Blood0 -
The OP doesn't know if the card even had PPI, so not much point submitting a "complaint" if the answer is negative.lavandergirl wrote: »Once Canada Square Operations has received your completed questionnaire they will process your complaint and write to you to let you know their decision. The Egg card was not transferred to Barclays and according to the citi website Canada Square Operations can review the sale of policy. It does not provide any other number for the consumer to call apart from the ones used for accounts transferred to barclaycard.Do Something Amazing- Give Blood0

Regardless, the OP does not know if he even had PPI. Making a "complaint" in order to ascertain this is neither necessary nor desirable.lavandergirl wrote: »The Egg card was not transferred to Barclays and according to the citi website Canada Square Operations can review the sale of policy.
All the Op has to do is write to Canada Square Ops and ask them to check if there was any PPI.0
