Hi can anyone help?
When I send e-mails via Outlook, I always get an error message saying the e-mail was not sent.
Sometimes when I send it the e-mail second time to the same person, I don't get an error.
But now it's giving me an error each time I send an e-mail.
This only happens with 'external' e-mails and not internal e-mails within our own domain name.
Any ideas I can try?

Check your outgoing server settings, if you are using pop 3, your outgoing server settings should be your ISP and incoming should be your Pop 3 host server.
