Won a prize but they want me to collect

I won a prize from JT Lloyds on Facebook its not a massive prize just a little skincare set, still its a nice prize.

They asked me to come and collect it, but to be honest i wouldnt have entered if i knew i had to collect, even though i am not miles away its out of the way and i barely have time as it is

anyway i emailed this morning to ask if it could be sent out they said yes thats fine, then this afternoon they said actually it cant and it has to be collected

I said this is unfair it doesnt state it has to be collected, they basically wont back down an wont send it me

So not sure what i can do but has anyone any advice

I really dont see what the big deal is to post it would only cost them £3 or so its tiny

Unless delivery is covered in the T&C's they don't have to offer it, maybe they would post if you offered to pay?

they are only small little bottles, not full size ones, like the little tester ones you get its not worth my fuel and parking costs or my time
