Equifax question

I paid for the statutory credit report from Equifax and got a snapshot dated 22/07/14 - my mortgage adviser wants to wait until my credit report updates as I have a missed payment showing within the last year that will move in year 2 once the payment on the end of July has been taken into account. Anyone know when it updates? not sure if I should chance paying another £2 or better to pay the full month?

It will be when that particular lender next sends a monthly update.
You can see when the last monthly update was on the copy report you have.
It will be a month after that (to within a day or so).A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Sorry another question The £2 snapshot is for a specific date, if I have the full thing does it update daily, I know the noodle one (free) says it only updates once a month.0

It won't necessarily update daily, but if there is an update in that period then it will update.0
