I ordered my gown from this company back in May... it never turned up! there was a umber on their site I called many times but with no answer, I have mailed them 6 times now asking for a refund (ceremony has passed by now!)

How did you pay? If you used a card then Chargeback for non-delivery would be successful, but don't hang about as there's a time limit in which you can claim.
